When will my order be processed for shipping?

Orders are processed for shipping as soon as payment has cleared.  

How long does shipping generally take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day after payment is received. 

Orders usually take 3-5 working days to arrive.

Orders received on a Friday will only be processed for shipping on a Monday

PLEASE NOTE: Certain items may however require a longer shipping period, depending on availability and location. We do our best to ensure this is made clear in our product descriptions. 

How do I track my parcel once it has left your store?

Once payment is received, a delivery tracking link will be sent to you.

Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for package to be logged into select courier's data base. If you are unable to track your order, allow 24 hours and try again.
